This page explains which personal data Ali Atçeken Kuyumculuk collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. It is prepared in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

2. What data we collect and why
- Contact form: name, phone number, optional email address and your message. We use it only to answer your request and contact you about it.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us through these channels, the information you share is handled by those services and used only to respond to you.
- Visit statistics (only with your consent): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and similar technical information, collected through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. IP addresses are anonymized by Google Analytics 4.
- Server logs: our server technically records requests (IP address, time, page) for security and to keep the site running.
3. Legal basis
Contact form data is processed because it is necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in running our business. Analytics cookies are used only if you give consent through the cookie banner; you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Limited data may be processed by service providers that make the site work: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt, Germany), our email service provider (for form notifications) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics). Some of these providers are located abroad, so data may be transferred and processed outside Türkiye.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and for related business records, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account (up to 14 months).
6. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. This site does not use advertising cookies. The cookies we use are:

7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used appropriately, learn the third parties it is shared with, request correction or deletion, object to results against you, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
